Hotel Nagoya Castle, Nagoya

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was quite impressed by the clean and spacious rooms equipped with two 46-inch TVs and a luxurious large bathtub, perfect for relaxation. However, the initial encounter with a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke dampened the experience slightly. The service, while friendly, lacked initiative and English proficiency despite being apologetic. The location, near Nagoya Castle, was both pleasant and isolating at the same time, offering a serene setting near the castle but lacking in nearby amenities. The dining experience varied with exceptional options but also an average atmosphere. The facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay overall.
